When you visit, we will have a form requesting basic information to help us care for your child and how to contact you if the need arises. We will enter your child’s information and print a name tag for each child. Parents will receive a coordinating security label that will be used at pick up. Parents are to turn in their security label to their child’s teacher at pick up.
